Career Counselling Session - 2026 Held at Siksha Valley School, Dibrugarh

Siksha Valley School, Dibrugarh successfully organized a highly informative Career Counselling Session under School Connect 2026 on 20th September 2026 for the students of Class 12 of all streams - Science, Commerce and Humanities.

The session was organized with the objective of guiding students about the vast career opportunities available after Class 12 and helping them make informed decisions regarding their higher education and future career paths.

We were honoured to host representatives from 9 reputed Universities and Educational Institutions from across India and abroad:

5. Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University
6. JK Lakshmipat University
7. IILM University

The experts from each university interacted with the students, introduced their courses, and explained the scope of various career options such as Engineering, Management, Design, Law, Paramedical Sciences, Liberal Arts, and opportunities for studying abroad. Students were counselled on how to choose the right course, college, and career based on their interest, aptitude and stream.

The session was highly interactive. Students enthusiastically asked questions regarding the admission process, scholarships, entrance examinations, campus placements and overseas education. The counsellors patiently addressed all their queries and cleared their doubts.

The Principal of the school appreciated this initiative and mentioned that such sessions are crucial for students at this stage to gain clarity and vision for their future.

The programme was a grand success and proved to be immensely beneficial for our Class 12 students. The school extends its heartfelt gratitude to all the participating universities for their valuable guidance and support.
